A commonly used feature of our online giving platform is Recurring Donations. Recurring Donations allow you to make giving automatic in a way that meets your unique needs. Recurring donations can easily be created, edited, paused, or cancelled by following the directions below.
To create a recurring donation, you will need to access your Pushpay account. You can do this a couple of ways:
A. To do this go to pushpay.com on your phone or computer. Click or tap "Sign in" located at the top right of the page/screen. Login and you will find yourself at your profiles giving dashboard.
B. Alternatively, you can go to the "give" tab in the Hosanna app and access your profile by clicking on the icon of a person in the top right corner. Select the option for "Manage Account."
After you log in, you'll see your giving dashboard. Any past donations will be displayed along with any recurring donations if you already have one set up. If you do not yet have a recurring donation set up and would like to create one, click "Add Recurring Gift."
Next, follow the instructions to set donation amount, frequency, fund, payment method, and start date.

To make changes to an existing recurring donation or to pause or cancel a recurring donation, follow the instructions below.
To edit, pause, or cancel a recurring donation, you will need to access your profile. You can do this a couple ways:
A. Navigate to pushpay.com on your phone or computer. Click or tap "Sign in" located at the top right of the page/screen. Login and you will find yourself at your profiles giving dashboard.
B. Alternatively, you can go to the "give" tab in the Hosanna app and go to your profile by clicking on the icon of a person in the top right corner. Select the option for "Manage Account."
After you log in, you'll see your giving dashboard. Any past donations will be displayed along with any recurring donations if you already have one set up.
Start by selecting the recurring donation you want to change or select the word "Edit" next to the donation.
After you select the donation you want to change, you will see this screen:
To cancel the donation, select "Cancel." A window will pop up asking if you are sure. Select "Yes" and the recurring donation will stop immediately.
To pause the donation, select "Pause."
To edit details such as payment method, amount, fund, and frequency, select "Edit Recurring."
