We're excited that you've expressed interest in leading a Community Group at Hosanna Christian Fellowship! Leading a group may seem intimidating or make you nervous, but we are here to provide instruction, resources, and clarity so you can learn about the leadership process and decide if this is a way you would like to serve at Hosanna.
The process to become a community group leader is easy. You can sign up to become a group leader anytime during the year. After you have gone through the application and orientation process, you will be able to register your group for the community group season following your application. We've got a simple process to help make sure you get started off on the right foot. This process involves 5 steps:
1. 42 minute video-based online orientation and training
2. 15 minute application
3. An interview with one of Hosanna's Pastors or ministry leaders to help us get to know each other better
4. Sign Hosanna's Community Group Leadership Agreement (completed at your interview)
5. Register your group
When these steps are completed, congratulations! You are ready to be a Hosanna Community Group leader!
This application should only take about 15 minutes to complete. After you fill out this form, please begin watching the Group Leader Orientation videos while you wait to hear back from a pastor or ministry leader regarding your application status.
Returning Leaders: You do not need to fill out this form if you have for a past season.
This orientation will teach you everything you need to know about starting and leading a community group. Please watch all of these videos in their entirety if you have any interest in leading a community group at Hosanna. All of the videos combined have a watch time of about 42 minutes.
Returning Leaders: You do not need to fill out this form if you have for a past season.
Let us know all the important details about your Community group! We will list your group on our community groups page so that people can find you and sign-up when interested.
Returning Leaders: This is the only form you need to fill out for a repeat-group or a new group if you've led one before.
